An integral part of the office since its opening, Shadow now watches over the office from "the great beyond".

Duffy

Duffy joined the office in February 2004 and has assumed Shadow's duties. As the official "meeter and greeter" he demands to be recognized by anyone entering the office. He is also the head of security for the office.

Duffy spends his off-duty time with Bill and Rudi.
