Our lawyers also assist entity clients with amendments to agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, UCC-related filings, leases, and a broad variety of business-related agreements and other documents. When our clients need to secure financing, our attorneys can assist you with drafting and negotiating loan agreements with lending institutions in Friday Harbor, San Juan County, and beyond.
Our attorneys have assisted our corporate and LLC clients in properly maintaining their business records, a legally important task. We provide advice and assistance with proper entity governance. Upon request, our attorneys also serve as registered agent for our entity clients.
William Weissinger, one of our attorneys, has an M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, as well as years of experience in working as in-house counsel for a large corporation. This gives him special insight into many business issues.
